Working with the managed estates head & sous chefs, offering guidance from development and training through to brand compliance and food safety as well as driving sales and profit margins. Currently supporting 24 stunning inland and coastal sites from Bath to the Isles of Scilly, All very different in needs and food offer meaning I have to be very flexible and tailor support to the individual needs. Also working alongside local colleges with apprentices and junior chefs encouraging development and growth and working to expand the skill set across the business. Running internal workshops from our development kitchen utilising our local suppliers to educate our junior chefs from field to fork. Supporting finance based systems training for procurement and menu design software for kitchen teams.
