Successfully delivered the objective to compress the TA normal planning and execution phases from a normal 24-36 months to 15 month event. Provided processes to accelerate the planning without reducing quality. Hands on managed the teams outside of the TA core group to aligned and delivery the planning, procurement and preparations. Make a smooth transition to local management to execute the event.
