ABOUT DAVID EARLE

I have had the good fortune to work in many Blue-Chip Companies across two countries within FMCG - UK and South Africa. Main job descriptions have been Customer Marketing Manager, Category Manager and National Sales Manager. My success and achievements have been vast from converting a leading retail brand into a lower carbon emission packaging format and less plastic, to reducing the supply chain costs by in the commodity product route-to-market and launching/relaunching around 35 new products to market with Tiger Brands. I have also had involvement in Environmental sustainability benefits across the supply chain and confident in the Life-Cycle Analysis. I have extensive and top-to-top interactions and negotiations with Retailers in UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and South Africa. Responsible for 1. Setting strategy and objectives for categories, Sales Team, customer marketing managers and marketing managers 2. Alignment of category business strategy with external category management initiatives 3. Responsible for Category Managers, sales representatives, and marketing managers I have a very fully rounded approach to my work ethos and am a serious team player who is results driven.
