Meet with sales leads generated by CMO\'s marketing activities. Primary responsibility is to prepare thorough proposals, present to the prospect and close new sales.• Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, supplies and information are available prior to leaving office.• Complete chimney inspections (internal and external), including other masonry needs, for each prospect\'s home.• Perform Installations / Repairs including Masonry (Firebox Only), Furnace Liners, Sweeps, Gas diagnostics, Chase Covers, Refractory Panels, Dampers, Water Proof, Crown Coat, etc.(This portion of job description has potential for change per individual Outfitter)• Make a compelling presentation of the Inspection Report to the prospective customer and produce proposal for repairs needed.• Ensure customer gets “More Than They Paid For.”!• Participate as an active and contributing member of the CMO team.• Meet general needs of CMO as needed.
