   Started role after the recent acquisition of 4 hospitals and multiple outpatient centers. Leverage expertise in strategic planning and visioning for optimal growth and expansion, including implementing IT, finance, HR, and other key centers. Developed the 5-year roadmap to support planned investments to expand care and networks across Florida. Oversees current operation comprising of five hospitals, multiple Outpatient Centers, over caregivers, and $2B+ in annual net revenue. • Increased lives served by 10% and grew net revenue by $100M in the first year and $150M in the second. • Implemented the future operating model reorganization as a key member of a select enterprise-wide team. • Partnered on the planning and developing of Cleveland Clinic Florida Care @ Home, expected to increase from 8 to 50 average daily patient census to deliver acute care in patient homes. • Directed facility growth initiatives to expand capacity in the footprint, including 30 added acute care beds at the Weston Campus and operating rooms and interventional radiology at the Tradition Campus. • Administratively oversee medical education program with 100+ residents and fellows across Cleveland Clinic Florida. • Realized YOY decrease in serious safety events, from 0.43 to 0.22. • Decreased acute care length of stay (LOS) from 4.8 to 4.5 days. • Reduced expected mortality ratio from 0.75 to 0.64.
