I am a seasoned professional manager with over two decades of experience applying subject-matter expertise to the planning, permitting, development, and execution of major capital projects. I have 20+ years of professional experience in environmental permitting, project management, business development, and technical studies. I excel at building and leading high-performing teams to execute the environmental strategy of development programs. For the past ten plus years my project focus has been on large-scale energy development projects, especially renewable energy (solar, wind, battery) and high-voltage electric transmission. Well-versed in all the major federal environmental regulations including NEPA, Section 7 and 10 of the Endangered Species Act, Section 106 of the NHPA, and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act as well as local, state, and federal land use planning, including CEQA.
