ABOUT DAVID BARTLETT

With over 30 years of experience in the motor insurance industry, I am a seasoned leader in claims management, accident management and business development.As the Head of Accident Management at The AA, I ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective services to our customers and partners, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. My role also involves spearheading the innovation and transformation of our accident management processes and systems, utilising my extensive expertise.Previously, I co-founded Co-op Legal Services, a pioneering venture that offered legal advice and representation to Co-op members and customers. My entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision were instrumental in the success of this initiative.I have also worked as the Head of Motor Claims and Business Development at RAC, leading an extensive team of claims professionals servicing a significant motor insurance portfolio and developing new products and partnerships. I hold an MBA from Wrexham Glyndŵr University and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. My ongoing personal and professional development is driven by my passion for delivering excellence and value to customers and stakeholders. I am always looking for new opportunities to disrupt, innovate, learn and continually grow in my field.
