As the founder and President of Echo Valley Meats I lead with hands-on passion and a drive to deliver excellence. In 1998, I left our successful family meat business to carve my own path bringing together old-world butchery skills with modern eCommerce vision. That risk was one of the best decisions of my life. Today, Echo Valley Meats is a wholesale, direct-to-consumer powerhouse for premium meats, gourmet gift boxes, and corporate gifting services.Every detail of our product from breeding our cattle to cutting every steak by hand is built around one principle: “cut for profit, not for practice.” My dad taught me that. I traveled to Germany and Denmark to master sausage-making, leading to award-winning recipes catching the attention of Hickory Farms, Swiss Colony, and more. I was wholesaling for pennies while they sold for dollars so I went direct-to-consumer and never looked back.Our offerings include summer sausages, USDA Choice beef, spiral-sliced hams, and smoked brisket—delivered nationwide in premium packaging. We also deliver co-branded experiences with YETI, Vortex Optics and more, making us a preferred vendor for incentive and corporate gifting programs across industries.Twice featured on ABC’s Shark Tank, I secured an investment from Mark Cuban the 2nd time around. That partnership helped us reach millions, and reinforced our mission: under promise, overdeliver, and do business with heart. We now handle everything from luxury holiday gifts to branded product bundles for some of the world’s largest companies. Our goal? Treat every order like it’s our only one.With my son Jordan joining the team as the 4th generation, we’re scaling responsibly, and preparing Echo Valley Meats for even greater success.
