   As a Success Architect at Files.com, a SaaS/iPaaS platform for file transfer, storage, and integration, I specialize in post-sales onboarding and solution design. I work directly with customers to solve the real-world challenges that brought them to our platform in the first place, ensuring they see lasting value from their investment. Beyond initial onboarding, I identify and implement new solutions for existing customers, expanding their use of the platform, boosting satisfaction, and contributing to long-term customer growth and retention.My role blends technical expertise with a consultative approach. I lead implementation efforts, facilitate hands-on working sessions, and support infrastructure transitions, often helping customers move from on-prem systems to cloud-native architectures. I frequently integrate cloud services like AWS and Azure, as well as owned storage both on-prem and in the cloud, with the Files.com platform to build secure, automated workflows tailored to each customer’s operational needs. This often includes working with protocols like FTP, FTPS, SFTP, AS2, and SMTP, and integrating with identity providers such as Okta, Auth0, and Entra ID. I also leverage Files.com’s CLI, API, and webhooks, use PowerShell for scripting and automation, and regularly test and troubleshoot solutions with tools like Postman. Internally, I work within GitLab for project management, documentation, and collaboration.In addition to my customer-facing work, I represent Files.com at trade shows and user events, speaking with both technical and business audiences. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into practical takeaways, whether on stage or in one-on-one conversations.I\'m drawn to this work by the combination of strategic thinking, technical depth, and direct collaboration with customers. I enjoy translating complex requirements into actionable solutions while being the person customers rely on when they need clarity, momentum, and results.
