As a Global Strategic Relationship Manager at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I manage our supplier relationships and contracts with furniture, decorative lighting, and decorative lamp suppliers in full support of the Church\'s Special Projects Department\'s very aggressive global temple construction program. I have been in this role for nearly 25 years, and I have a Master\'s of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University.My core competencies include customer relationship management (CRM), supplier manufacturing process improvement, and operating Panopto video platform. I leverage these skills to offer a creativity to problem solving that brings surprisingly new, yet highly valuable solutions to supersede long accepted but less effective practices, processes, and systems. I also promote much more effective relationships with our suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and values. My mission is to enable the Church to fulfill its sacred mandate of building temples throughout the world, providing sacred spaces for worship and service.
