Responsible for the initiation and implementation of business process improvement and management throughout the Sammons Financial Group organization. Building a process-oriented culture and helping the company achieve its goals through sound continuous improvement disciplines including Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Management (BPM).I am working to help SFG become a process-centric company by focusing in three primary areas. The first is the initiation if Business Process Management (BPM) from the top down. This means establishing a business process model with clear ownership and solid KPIs. This will form the basis for all other process work here. The second focus is conducting Lean Six Sigma projects and events in key areas needing immediate process improvement to meet customer and business requirements. The third area is to begin to change the organization at large toward one of process orientation through awareness, education and engagement activities.
