I started my career in Media Sales/Consulting in 1989. Today, I have a lot more experience (and a lot less hair). For the first 16 years, I developed strategies on behalf of large media companies, including Clear Channel (now iHeart Media) and Spectrum Cable, to create and implement of advertising campaigns on behalf of these companies in two separate top ten markets.On my front porch In 2005, we developed the idea of a premiere full service advertising agency that would become Effective Media Solutions. As of today, we have worked with hundreds of dealers to create, direct and implement full service marketing plans which include strategic branding, message/offer consistency, digital, creative production and traditional media buying to the HVAC and Plumbing industries. Our team is able to create/build your brand to showcase your company’s unique personality and marketing campaigns to create new customers through the three principles every homeowner requires from their HVAC and Plumbing company: Trust, Value, and Fixed Now.
