To improve his team\'s effectiveness, he assesses and enhances operational processes, implements several automation tools, and establishes best practices.He also handles incident and problem resolution for database systems and support infrastructure. He collaborates with the team to investigate and resolve issues quickly, minimize their impact on KPMG Audit operations, produce RCA, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.Relationship management is another essential aspect of his role. He is the KPMG Audit teams\' primary contact, ensuring a solid partnership and effective communication. He establishes monitoring mechanisms mainly via AppInsights to track incoming requests and possible failures, ensures compliance with service level agreements, and generates reports on key performance indicators to measure and communicate the team\'s performance to KPMG Audit leadership.Furthermore, he collaborates with Microsoft to organize training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions, which enhance technical skills of the team and keep them updated on industry trends. Managing relationships with external vendors like TCS and Microsoft is also part of his role, where he provides ongoing updates on recurring issues or pending cases to support KPMG Audit.
