About Daryl Crosby
My goal is to help professionals, educators, and leaders strengthen their emotional intelligence so they can lead with confidence and stay in sync with their purpose. As a professional DJ and educational leader with a doctorate in leadership, I’ve seen first-hand what ineffective leadership looks like, and what it can do to both individuals and entire teams. I’ve watched talented people lose confidence, trust break down, and momentum fade because leadership was treated as a position of power instead of a responsibility to empower. And I\'m on a mission to change that narrative. That’s why I created The DJ Mindset™ — a leadership development framework that blends Emotional Intelligence and the art of a professional DJ. It teaches leaders how to read the room, manage their energy, and lead with the 4 faders- awareness, control, connection, and adaptability.
