Responsible for a myriad of functions over nearly a decade, developing and implementing programs to ensure peak productivity, quality plans, and safety standards. Lead assigned vessels, effectively managing projects, directing specialty functions and crew performance. Conduct and lead DP annual Trials, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) Trials, Marine Integrity Reviews, Rig Quality Assessments, and audits under IMCA standards. Maintain rig licensing and certificates. Conduct continuous training and mentoring for all new personnel that comes aboard, including general operations and lifesaving safety. Responsible for all Health, Safety and Environmental impacts to operations and to sea.
