With over 20 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, I am a senior warehouse operations executive who is adept at deploying LEAN and SIX SIGMA methods to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. I am currently the Director of Warehouse Operations at LuLaRoe, a leading fashion retailer with a global presence.In this role, I oversee and manage the quality, shipping, receiving, facility maintenance, transportation, and storage for the company at all warehouse facilities. I am responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of shipping products meets or exceeds customer expectations and delivery deadlines. I also lead a staff of eight directors and over 2,500 employees across four different facilities, totaling over one million square feet of warehouse space. Additionally, I am a key contributor in the implementation of ERP, WMS, and HRIS systems, such as NetSuite and Paycom, and I maintain fully automated warehouses where RFID is used to track inventory and in our Pick to Light process. My mission is to optimize the warehouse operations and logistics processes, reduce costs and waste, increase efficiency and productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
