Our name reflects our exclusive focus on healthcare real estate and our commitment to providing comprehensive real estate solutions to the healthcare industry.My position at Remedy Medical provides me with the opportunity to be involved with the real estate site selection, property due diligence investigation, property entitlements, contracting and managing environmental, land surveying, civil engineering, geotechnical, traffic engineering and landscape design consultants. As part of the preconstruction design/build team I am involved with establishing design and permitting schedules; utility, transportation & project impact fees, permit fees; in addition to with site earthwork, utility and paving contractors to establish project budgets. Also involved with due diligence of real estate property acquisitions and dispositions.
