I’m an operator.For more than 20 years, I’ve led and scaled people-driven businesses where execution matters, labor drives margin, and leadership shows up every day. I’ve owned P & Ls, run multi-site and multi-state operations, and been accountable for results in environments where there’s no room for excuses, only outcomes.I specialize in building businesses that perform consistently, not just when momentum is high. That means putting structure around growth, strengthening leaders at every level, and creating operating discipline so the organization doesn’t rely on heroics to win.I’m at my best inside the business, working shoulder to shoulder with leadership teams to improve how things actually run. I focus on clarity: clear ownership, clear expectations, and clear accountability. When growth starts to stretch people, systems, or margins, I help stabilize execution and build the capacity needed for the next phase.My leadership style is practical and grounded. I make decisions with incomplete information, hold leaders accountable without losing trust, and balance performance with sustainability. I believe strong local leadership, disciplined execution, and simple operating systems solve most problems. Ideas are easy.
