UK EVO & The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA) Programme’sEVO is a comprehensive programme to optimise operations, technology and focusing on identifying opportunities for efficiency & productivity improvements across key markets to accelerate growth, increase profitability, and increase client market share. ECCTA introduces the biggest changes to Companies House since corporate registrations were established in 1844. Projects dedicated to building out service offerings and focussing marketing strategies, to ensure VISTRA became the UK\'s number 1 corporate service provider. Key Responsibilities• Worked with UK MD and senior leadership to document, validate requirements and produce a ‘live’ working model across the entire UK business and portfolio. Including FTE time spent, costs, processes and data capture across 14 separate UK entities with a view to centralising and re-structuring the entire UK business and portfolio for the EVO Programme. • ECCTA scope covered the entire requirements gathering lifecycle, from initial discovery to final sign-off, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and stakeholder needs.(This includes new revenue generating opportunities arising from this Act).• Plan for engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and validate them. Including Defining functional, non-functional, and regulatory-specific requirements Including any legal or compliance constraints the system or process must adhere to.• Producing system wireframe diagrams for system design, and extensive Analysis of the existing systems, processes, and workflows. Including producing ‘As-Is’ through to ‘To-be’ process maps.• Ensuring relevant SME stakeholders were available for interviews, workshops, and review sessions as needed, and facilitating and running and documenting these sessions
