Peter trained as Chartered Accountant with KPMG in their Dublin Audit and Business advisory team and co-founded accounting firm Squires & Co. in 2002. In 2016, Squires & Co. and Gilbride & Co. merged to form Squires Gilbride which was acquired in Feb 2018 by Vistra. Peter now heads up Vistra Ireland\'s Tax & Advisory team. He has worked extensively with Indigenous & foreign direct investment technology & life sciences businesses as they expand in Ireland, Europe, Asia and other territories – advising on legal structure, tax and finance solutions.
