From my youth, I saw the value in helping others. Whenever I am able to help someone, I feel completely alive. It is the joy of knowing that someone is better-off than they were before, and I take tremendous pride in that. I try to apply this ethic to every facet of my life, whether I am helping family, friends, co-workers, or customers. In my current role as an Applications Engineer for Audio-Technica, I have the privilege of assisting others in designing working solutions based on their application needs, or helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to bring their system back to working order and/or peak performance. My goal is to see you reach your potential, and to provide solutions that will make your audio system work (better) for you. Whether my solution is immediate or in-process, I am not satisfied until I have provided with you with an appropriate solution based on your application needs. I\'m not the star of the team; that\'s you. I am, however, the person who wants to be #1 in assists. And this is ultimately how we help each other.
