There he lead an award winning team and was one of the company’s top producers for several consecutive years. His responsibilities included: leading and training the sales force, analyzing and building investment strategies for the division, and overseeing practices, procedures and transactions. Before working with CitiGroup/Smith Barney, Fishman founded Exotic Automotive Center in Woodland hills, California. As president and principal owner of the business, he successfully managed all aspects of the company and has been able to apply his experiences and knowledge to his current career in the commercial real estate industry. Fishman has been greatly involved in his community and is a cabinet member of the Jewish Federation’s R.E.C. Division and ProVisors Professional Networking Group. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and also holds a Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate.
