   I focus on the UX strategy & design of our Housewares & More assortment, with the goal of creating tailored, best-in-class customer experiences. I work with a highly cross-functional team (marketing, merchandising, category management, product management, content strategy, user experience research, analytics, engineering, QA) to shape & work towards a long-term (~3 year) product vision — ensuring our vision is built on a strong understanding of our core user needs & connecting these needs to core business goals. Beyond involvement in product vision & strategy, I am actively delivering against this vision alongside my scrum team as an individual contributor. About Wayfair\'s Global Experience Design Community: Global Experience Design at Wayfair is a cross-disciplinary function including product design, user research, and content strategy. We create experiences for all of our end-users, including suppliers, customers, agents, field champions, and internal employees.
