About Dan Ward
I’m Dan. I’ve spent the last decade working across food and beverage, from large-scale brewing and distribution to corporate finance and growth strategy. I started out in Budweiser breweries, then ran DSD logistics for a beverage wholesaler before moving into strategy roles across CPG and agriculture.Today, I work in FP & A and international growth strategy for a global QSR brand. I’ve led union and salaried teams, worked in big production and fulfillment environments, and helped build operating and performance systems that actually get used. I like messy problems and systems that don’t quite work yet. Most of what I do is figure out where things break down and help teams fix them so the business runs better and customers get a better outcome. I’m a hands-on leader and spend a lot of time developing people to take ownership of hard problems.
