I’m a national education leader focused on one core question: How do we design systems that dramatically improve student outcomes—at scale—while staying human-centered?Over the past decade, I’ve led complex, multi-stakeholder work across K-12, higher education, and nonprofit systems—from the fourth-largest school district in the country to statewide partnerships in Massachusetts. My work sits at the intersection of program strategy, partnerships, revenue growth, and emerging technology, with a consistent track record of turning vision into measurable impact.Most recently, as Managing Director of Program at OneGoal Massachusetts, I oversee strategy and execution across partnerships, program, and postsecondary success teams—supporting 30+ school and higher-ed partners and students. In two years, our work has driven a 48% increase in college persistence, expanded student reach by 30%, and generated $250K+ in new fee-for-service revenue, while launching AI-enabled tools for financial aid analysis, college matching, and curriculum delivery.Previously, I served as Senior Director of Partnerships at OneGoal and Senior Director of EMERGE at Houston ISD, where I led large-scale program growth (24 → 55 schools), exceeded college access and matriculation goals, and built durable partnerships with districts, colleges, funders, and community organizations.Alongside my day-to-day leadership, I’m deeply engaged in AI thought leadership as the founder of The AI Education Conversation podcast downloads), advising and training educators, nonprofits, and leaders on practical, ethical AI adoption.I’m driven by work that is ambitious, data-informed, and equity-centered—and I’m most energized when building teams, aligning stakeholders, and designing systems that actually move the needle for students.
