With nearly two decades of professional experience, I have contributed to operations management, organizational development, sales, and team leadership across hospitality, events, retail, and higher education.I currently serve as Director of Sales and Brand Growth with a leading national hospitality organization, guiding strategic initiatives that strengthen brand identity, drive community partnerships, and inspire exceptional guest experiences.Previously, I held leadership roles at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium and The Ohio State University, where I supported operational excellence and cultural development through collaboration, process improvement, and team empowerment.Alongside my corporate experience, I was the Owner and Founder of Printz & Patternz, a creative retail and marketing brand that I successfully ran for over 10 years—an endeavor that has deepened my expertise in brand development, customer engagement, and small business growth.My leadership philosophy is centered on trust, collaboration, and empowerment.
