The Commercial Operations Associate/Analyst is responsible for supporting the Commercial Operations and Biologics Business Development Teams and site operations, by providing analyst support of forecasting and reporting of late-stage development and commercial activities. Additionally, the Commercial Operations Associate is responsible for supporting Commercial Operations Managers through management of contracts, Salesforce data, and client communication. Partner with Business Development, Project Management, Site Operations, and Finance teams to successfully deliver solutions for Catalent’s customers and drive value for the respective Site and Business Unit assets and capabilities. Duties/Activities/Responsibilities as assigned:• Prepare advanced analyses and data visualization to identify and communicate trends and drivers to the business• Win/Loss Analysis: analyze win/loss data from CRM• Support Pricing Analytics, Price value tracking and Statement of Work/Change Order management process• Develop and maintain a sustainable process for site profitability analysis by client program and scope of work.• Forecast and support revenue capture from licensing milestones• Maintain KPI metrics for Comm Ops/BD reporting• Develop visual dashboards for Comm Ops/BD/Proposals across Drug Substance Sites• Build and maintain platforms to support information flow (e.g. Sharepoint)• Support S & OP demand forecasting and GMP manufacturing “Ready to Execute” processes• Support Proposal team to track and analyze proposal metrics• Support revenue and manufacturing resource forecasting• Analyze contracting processes• Analyze and develop business process flow charts• Support alignment across the Biologics business unit and continuous improvement processes• Support strategic initiatives and automated processes for the Comm Ops and BD groups• Partner with Project Managers and Comm Ops managers in client facing activities to support existing clients
