We are supporting states and provinces in Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Indonesia to make the transition to low-carbon development.As an ecologist, I devoted 25 years to large field experiments in the Amazon region of Brazil to understand forest responses to drought and fire and the potential for regional forest diebacks.Co-author of \"compensated reductions\", pre-cursor to REDD+Now helping commercial deals come together for jurisdictional REDD+ programs in Tocantins, Mato Grosso, Acre and Peru, large-scale solutions to the Amazon forest dieback.
