Leading the end-to-end search, lease, and setup of CARS24 Australia\'s new Sydney premises, targeting large-format industrial sites of sqm with capacity to hold several hundred vehicles. Responsible for identifying and securing the site, conducting detailed due diligence, negotiating lease terms, and executing lease agreements.Overseeing all associated CAPEX, including the procurement and fit-out of workshops, office spaces, wash bays, and mechanical infrastructure. Managing planning and compliance matters such as CDC/DA approvals, change-of-use applications, and regulatory coordination. This includes the critical transfer of all operational licenses (motor dealer, repairer, etc.) from the existing site to the new premises.The role combines property, legal, operational, and project delivery functions - ensuring a compliant, cost-effective, and seamless transition into a high-capacity, fully operational leased site.Also responsible for resolving complex, ad hoc issues that arise - from fire system upgrades and utility negotiations to unplanned compliance challenges and bespoke operational requirements.
