I’m an environmental consulting executive with over 35 years of leadership experience guiding global and national organizations through complex environmental, permitting, and infrastructure challenges. My background spans every major discipline of environmental services—from permitting and planning to due diligence, site characterization and remediation, water management, geosciences, and geospatial data management.I’ve led large teams and programs across both private and U.S. federal sectors, combining technical insight with business strategy to drive sustainable growth and regulatory success. My career includes senior roles overseeing operations, strategy, leadership development, business development, M&A integration, major project delivery, and communications.I bring deep market expertise in power transmission, renewables, natural gas pipelines, gas-fired generation, and data-center infrastructure. As a subject matter expert in NEPA, permitting, and ecological sciences, I focus on delivering practical, science-based solutions that enable clients to advance critical infrastructure responsibly and efficiently.

   Worley

   Dec 2025 — Present · Philadelphia, PA, US

   Senior environmental consultant and subject matter expert leading permitting and compliance for Worley\'s major capital projects in the low carbon energy market sector. Presently serving as the Environmental Director for Worley\'s EPCM contract design and managing the construction of the Alaska LNG project, which includes natural gas collection and treatment, over 800 miles of overland and subsea 42\" pipeline from Prudhoe Bay to Anchorage, and an LNG export terminal to ship liquefied natural gas to Asian markets. In my role, I lead the team of Worley and contractors responsible to ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and approvals, all of the required permits are in-place, and environmental monitoring and mitigation measures are being implemented through construction.
