Collaborate with 2-4 person staff teams to deliver customized leadership curriculum ensuring that student-client groups of 10-15 advanced through a leadership skills curriculum accredited by the University of Utah and achieved high student outcomes. The 15-90 day educational expeditions take place in remote high-risk wilderness environments. 400+ hours of training and facilitation on topics such as group development, leadership theory, and effective communication. 60+ weeks as an in-field educator and expedition course leader The National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), is a non-profit outdoor education school dedicated to teaching leadership, judgment & decision-making, risk management, technical outdoor skills, and environmental ethics on extended wilderness expeditions. Clients include NASA, Google, Wharton School of Business, and the U.S. Navy.
