Hi, I’m Danny! I\'m a curious, people-first growth leader who loves helping teams turn big goals into clear, actionable plans. Over the last seven years, I’ve focused on bringing in the right business opportunities, building a smart growth engine, and making sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction.Most recently, I’ve been doing this at global marketing agencies, where I’ve helped shape how we find and win new business and expand existing client accounts. That’s meant everything from building sales playbooks and designing prospecting strategies, to teaming up with executive leaders and subject matter experts to bring big ideas to life. I love digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into plans that actually move the needle. I’ve also learned how to bring people together across departments, roles, and personalities.I get the most energy when I’m collaborating, solving messy problems, or building something that works better than it did yesterday.
