Brittany Brown Ceres, MFA/MA (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) is the Chief Operating Officer at the Eames Institute of Infinite Curiosity in San Antonio Valley. She focuses on supporting company cultures of excellence, effectiveness & fulfillment through relevant and holistic iterations in leadership and operations. Formerly, as the Chief People Officer at Skywalker Holdings, she partnered with leaders to navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.She has worked in private, public, start-up, educational, non-profit, wilderness and municipality environments, catalyzing the human-dynamics that connects them all. Her impact spans businesses for tech entrepreneurs, artists, renowned experts, and high net-worth philanthropists, at the intersection of vision, equity, expansion, and wellness.
