After a decade in the Pulp & Paper Industry I crossed paths with a former coworker that spoke to me about her new career. This conversation led me to researching all of the \"too good to be true\" statements she had claimed about the company culture. Within a couple of days I was talking to a recruiter and in what seemed like a blink of an eye, I took a leap of faith and joined their team. Keeping the story short, my coworker did not embellish one bit. The work culture I now experience is everything about how I was raised. Treat others as you want to be treated, respect each other\'s time, anything worth doing is worth doing right, do what you say you are going to do, etc. I have been blessed to be welcomed with open arms to a Process Engineering team that supports machine reliability and process improvement along with proto support for R&D. My skills learned from millwrights, pipefitters, welders, machinists, electricians, calibration, engineering, and leadership all translate to this very young industry of building printed circuit boards.
