He has 10+ years of business development, sales engineering, and proposal management experience - primarily for customers in the Southern US Region of the nuclear power plant market. Mr. Jenkins also has 20+ years of broad-based engineering experience in support of the design, licensing, construction, operation, and maintenance of electric power generating plants. This engineering experience also includes almost 10 years of support to the US Department of Energy on the Yucca Mountain Project (YMP) and the US Mixed Oxide Fuel (MOX) Project. Mr. Jenkins also owned and operated a professional recruiting company, Global Recruiters (GRN) of Charlotte, for 5 years.
