I’m a public‑sector Director with broad experience leading multidisciplinary teams across operations, strategy, culture, performance, finance and inclusion. I focus on navigating complexity, aligning strategy to delivery and shaping services that are high‑performing, person‑centred and sustainable.I lead with empathy, evidence and a strong outcomes focus. I’m comfortable operating in ambiguity, bringing structure to complex problems and delivering results across diverse functions. My senior and acting executive roles across operations, corporate services, disability strategy, culture and performance give me a whole‑of‑system view and the ability to lead confidently in dynamic environments.I believe strong culture and inclusive practice underpin high performance. I’ve delivered initiatives that strengthen governance, improve culture and enable teams to excel. I’m known for building trusted relationships, creating psychologically safe environments and leading people through change with clarity and care.I approach leadership with humility and curiosity, I don\'t have all the answers, but I learn quickly, adapt easily and draw on the strengths and insights of others to shape better solutions.I’m motivated by complex challenges, meaningful work and the opportunity to help others grow and reach their potential.
