As an experienced insurance professional I have benefited from the advice and guidance from many coaches, mentors and leaders. I value the importance of strong relationships in my daily interactions with agency, broker and client partners just as I do with direct team members. One of my favorite aspects of my day is working with insurance agency professionals to develop Middle Market solutions for their clients. Relationship building and problem solving is simply fun and rewarding! Giving back to my community and supporting those who share this passion is also important to me. Co-chairing our company’s United Way campaign was more than an opportunity to influence my organization’s reach in the community, I have been grateful for the community relationships built as my own service outreach and positive impact on the community has grown.
