My role focuses on building leadership capability, guiding managers through complex people situations, and ensuring staff feel supported during difficult times that may impact both their work and personal lives. I also lead and implement meaningful HR projects that strengthen our culture and resilience, while helping the business navigate change through proactive change management strategies and engaging employee workshops. Its my goal to contribute towards creating an engaging, future-focused environment where our people can thrive.
