I am a dedicated Candidate Experience Specialist with a strong focus on delivering a seamless and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. With a detail-oriented approach and a passion for operational excellence, I support talent acquisition leadership through the coordination of day-to-day recruiting activities across various roles and departments. My responsibilities include managing interview scheduling, maintaining calendars, and tracking key milestones throughout the hiring process. I work closely with hiring managers and client service teams to ensure alignment, timely communication, and a consistent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. In addition to supporting applicant tracking systems through data management and reporting, I oversee relationships with external agency vendors and contribute to recruitment initiatives through creative event planning and marketing support. I also participate in the interview and selection process on a national level, helping to ensure we identify and secure top talent.
