About D. Spencer Corrao

I am a certified sports performance specialist and neuromuscular therapist with a proven track record of success. After obtaining my Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology degree from Hanover College in 2015, I spent one year coaching at Bluffton University, then six years as the Director of all Professional Athlete Performance Training at Bommarito Performance Systems in Miami, FL. During that time, I honed my skills and gained invaluable experience working with some of the world\'s most elite professional athletes, including Tyreke Hill, Stefon Diggs, Miguel Cabrera, JD Martinez, Chris Jones, and Frank Gore, among countless others.In addition to this work with top-level athletes, I also served as the personal trainer for the iconic rapper Gucci Mane and the celebrated NBA Veteran Udonis Haslem, helping both men achieve their health and fitness goals while navigating the unique demands of their respective careers. Perhaps most notably, I was hand-selected by superstar Ezekiel Elliott to train privately with him in Cabo San Lucas for six weeks in 2017 and again in 2019.Thanks to this unparalleled expertise and experience, i have earned the trust and admiration of some of the most respected names in the industry. Now, I am excited to bring my cutting-edge training systems and specialized knowledge to each and every client to maximize their potential and achieve their ultimate fitness goals.
