I have converted Octel voicemail systems to Intuity and Modular Messaging. HP Openview Experience. Experience in planning, implementing, deploying and maintaining voice communications systems. Experienced supporting all elements of voice communications systems and architectures and IVR Experience. Maintain/Analyze/Repair malfunctioning equipment such as those attached to internal or external ISDN PRI and BRI trunks/lines, analog lines, OFF-PBX lines (EC500 and IP Soft phones) Considerable experience installing and testing voice communications hardware and software (i.e- for repairs, backups, call accounting upgrades, Circuit pack installation & CTI application deployments) Experience with Avaya S8800/S8700 / S8500 platforms. Knowledge of Avaya telephone types: 2420, 2500, 4600, 8400, 6400, 4600, 9600,series and analog and IP Polycoms Knowledge of Unix / Linux operating systems Experience serving as a liaison between clients, IT support staff and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and implement corrective measures Considerable experience working with Microsoft Windows 7 & 8 and Microsoft Office. In-depth knowledge of Modular Messaging networking concepts such as VOIP, DCS, and QSIG. Experience building CTI applications Experience modifying TUI Knowledge of Cisco IP Telephony Knowledge of Cisco IP telephone types: 7900 series Knowledge of networking architecture, including LAN, MAN, and WAN and management technologies and management a plus Experience with ANCHORPOINT, REDSKY Familiarity with telecommunications laws Knowledge of E911 laws and PSAP interfaces.
