I\'ve been fortunate to support two very large programs for GovCIO:Currently I am the Program Manager for the $650m/7-year Cost-Plus Award Fee EPA ESSET Program. Responsibilities include the management of over 350+ FTEs located in 10+ locations across the United States. Responsible for overall vision of the project, budgeting, P&L and innovation road-mapping of the ESSET Program. Led the effort on the transition and implementation of this program including the successful incumbent capture of over 200+ FTEs. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities with the current program and other opportunities within the agency. Recently created/integrated the foundations to implement enterprise agentic AI capabilities to support \"left shift\" and fiscal consolidation solutions. Acted as Deputy PM for the USAID SPS program supporting over 85 FTEs supporting the Office of the Chief Information Office. Program supported Enterprise Engineering, Enterprise Governance Operational Visioning and other aspect of enterprise support. Effort included the successful response to contract enhancement requests that led to a 35% growth in the program within 12 months,

ABOUT CHRISTOPHER RITSCH

With over 30+ years of experience in the IT industry, I am a seasoned leader and expert in enterprise program management and solutions architecture. I currently serve as the Senior Director at GovCIO, a leading IT consulting firm that provides strategic and innovative solutions to federal agencies.In my current role, I oversee a large and complex program at the EPA ESSET Program, a $560 million contract that involves managing over 350 FTEs across 10 locations and providing vision, budgeting, P&L, and innovation road-mapping. Previously I supported the USAID SPS Program, a critical mission that supports the Office of Transition Initiatives in delivering humanitarian assistance and democracy promotion around the world.
