Support synchronous telehealth training initiatives and provide operational program coordination to advance national telehealth training and implementation efforts within the VHA Digital Health Office-Lead project planning and coordination to ensure timely execution of telehealth training initiatives, including scheduling and facilitating recurring syncs and working group meetings to develop strategies and advance operational deliverables. Collaborate with training leads and both clinical and technical SMEs to define needs, track deliverables, and monitor progress-Plan and execute recurring national telehealth forums and virtual events aligned with training priorities. Oversee logistics, develop agendas and presentations, support speakers, and document meeting minutes and action items for internal and national distribution-Oversee end-to-end delivery of live virtual telehealth training sessions for scheduling applications, managing all aspects of planning, logistics, and execution. Partner with training leads and SMEs to revise, update, and deploy live training materials. Provide instructor support during setup and actively moderate sessions to guide and engage learners. Ensure timely distribution of refreshed content through the Learning Management System to maintain access to up-to-date resources-Serve as liaison between training leads, SMEs, and field staff across technical and clinical roles. Tailor communication through email outreach, polls, and resource distribution to strengthen engagement, gather feedback, and address training needs-Track project and task progress through completion, along with training participation, feedback, and engagement metrics using Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and Monday.com. Generate clear, actionable reports with Microsoft Forms and Excel to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement-Obtained security clearance for VA projects, demonstrating trustworthiness and professionalism.
