Health and wellness is always a priority in my life. My name is Curtis and I have been dieting for years and finally figured out how to set my body free. Dieting doesn\'t have to be a uphill battle. Carbs are not evil. Salt is not the problem In fact Iodine is actually good for you. My diet was the problem. I used to struggle with this and I was skinny fat for most of my life. In other words if people thought I had a flat belly even though I didn\'t. I was active I exercised a ton, but I still had to fix my diet.
