Executive in the Automotive Industry in a Familly company with a Degree in Electronic Engineering. With over 20 years of experience leading end-to-end business strategies in the automotive industry. My career combines strong strategic management capabilities, leadership of international teams, and a results-driven approach. Managing a business with €450 million in revenue and direct responsibility for 3,500 people worldwide. This has allowed me to transform businesses, drive innovation, and overcome critical industry challenges. Board Member Experience: As a Dominical Board Member at Walter Pack for 4 years, I strengthened financial controls and shaped key corporate strategies, achieving sustainable improvements. With experience in collaboration with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ensuring successful integrations Crisis management, such as the microchip shortage, where I implemented disruptive strategies to ensure operational continuity. Other crises I have managed include supplier factory fires, tornado damage to one of our production plants, and inflation surges, which required optimizing both procurement and fixed costs—with excellent results. One of my greatest strengths is leading international and multidisciplinary teams, adapting management models to maximize capabilities and perspectives. I have successfully unified and standardized objectives in countries such as France, China, Germany, Morocco, Romania, Mexico, and Brazil.I specialize in mentor young women in STEM programs, as well as female executives.
