Isn’t it fascinating to see how diet can have such a significant impact to one’s health? This has sparked a strong passion in me to understand further about human nutrition and diet-disease relationships especially in chronic diseases. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and have recently completed a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics degree at the University of Sydney. On top of my clinical skills and experience, I have extensive experience in the production of Total Parenteral Nutrition tailored to adults, premature infants, and other patient specific formulations. I also have passion in customer care in the hospitality setting which has driven me to work in the hospitality industry for more than 7 years thus far.
