Maintains strong relationships with Trustees and other leadership volunteers. Mentors and oversees the performance of the Foundation’s gift officers. Identifies grant opportunities and oversees the grants process for potential gifts from family and corporate foundations. Maintains accurate records for development activities and productivity and prepares monthly fundraising progress reports. Accountable for individual and team performance metrics including monthly personal contacts and annual fundraising performance goals. Develops relationships with key professional advisors to make planned giving to Penn Medicine as seamless as possible.
