ABOUT CRISTINA YURI VIDAL
I am a Biologist with a master’s degree in Forestry Resources and a Ph.D. in Plant Biology. My research and professional interests are related to restoration ecology, conservation biology, and ecological restoration. For over 20 years, in both academia and environmental consultancy, I have gained experience in the elaboration, planning, and execution of forest restoration and conservation projects. I have developed skills on the elaboration of proposals and technical and scientific reports; communication to an academic audience or to the general public and lay society; database search & compilation. I am comfortable with fieldwork, I value knowledge-based decisions and I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
