I am a senior, Amsterdam based portfolio and asset manager in real estate with track record in all sectors. With a focus on adding value and maximising returns I am able to manage and adapt real estate portfolios to make them more resilient, balanced and futureproof.My capabilities include a positive, forward looking, solutions oriented mindset, a clear view on demographics, economics and technological trends and a strong all-round knowledge of the commercial, legal, fiscal, technical and ESG framework. My out of the box analysis and soothing approach of structuring complexity bring calm and rationality to my portfolio and the people around me. The experience of restructuring several portfolio’s in different real estate sectors and market circumstances in over 20 years bring me the full expertise to analyse, prioritise and execute on plan.
