About Fick

I graduated from West Chester University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and earned a Master of Arts degree in Education from Gratz College in 2007. I hold a Professional Level II Teaching Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education and am certified to teach in Pennsylvania. I\'ve also earned a professional Certificate in Special Education K-12 and have extensive training and experience in various curricula and programs that work to produce academic success and functional life success. Since 1998, I\'ve performed Homeschool Evaluations and also developed a Study Skills/Executive Function Course which has been used in public schools. I\'ve been offering and refining that Social Skills Group Classes since 2014. I\'ve worked in various settings throughout her career with individuals that exhibit a wide range of special education needs. In 1998, I decided to start Fick Educational Services to better serve my clients. Fick Education grew to focus on those with learning disabilities, other health impairments, Autism Spectrum Disorders, behavioral challenges, social skills needs and any level educational needs. My passion is delivering education and advocacy that fosters confidence and encourages individuals to be successful learners. I love to what I do everyday and seeing each child become more successful and accomplished.
